1. Pre soaking: Separate and disassemble the pillow core from the needle sleeve, turn the screws to the maximum, and soak with a multi enzyme cleaning agent to remove dryness.

2. Rinsing: After soaking, the puncture needle is repeatedly rinsed under flowing water to remove some blood and stains. The water flow is suitable without splashing, and the water temperature should be between 15 and 30 ℃. The cavity is alternately rinsed with a pressure water gun and a pressure air gun to remove stains in the cavity.

3. Ultrasonic cleaning: Tie the needle core and sleeve with rubber bands or place them in a specialized instrument box, place them in an ultrasonic cleaning basket, immerse them in enzyme cleaning solution, and fill the cavity with water. Choose a matching ultrasound frequency based on the material and sharpness of the instrument. The ultrasonic cleaning time should be 3-5 minutes, and if necessary, brush and scrub under the liquid level.

4. Rinse: Rinse the outer surface of the puncture needle with flowing water and inspect the surface of the instrument. Use a cotton swab to remove residual dirt from the needle stem; The inner wall of the official cavity is repeatedly rinsed alternately with a high-pressure water gun and an air gun until the puncture needle cavity is clean, the needle cavity is unobstructed, and the injected water flow becomes a straight line without resistance.

5. Final rinsing: Rinse with purified water, soft water, or distilled water. Instruments with rust stains and black spots should undergo rust removal treatment; Those with residual dirt should be washed again; Eliminate damaged equipment.
